Creepy Cockroach Dream

This is a piece I just finished based off a really weird and surreal dream.

I cut my stomach open and there were no guts just cockroaches pouring out. Just flesh. There were also cockroaches burrowing out of the skin of my arm.
But I felt a kinship with the cockroaches. Like I could control them like a hivemind
It was surreal and weird in my dream but upon waking up I just felt really, REALLY unnerved
